Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to Arusha for check-in at the luxurious Arusha Coffee Lodge. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the serene ambiance of the lodge.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. The park spans 2,850 km² and is home to a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, waterbucks, giraffes, zebras, and more.

Day 3: Mto wa Mbu/Karatu – Lake Eyasi (Hadzabe Cultural Experience)

After an early breakfast, head to Lake Eyasi, home to the indigenous Hadzabe tribe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer groups in East Africa. Join the Hadzabe on a morning hunting expedition, followed by a traditional singing and cultural interaction session. This is an unforgettable opportunity to immerse yourself in their ancient way of life.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

After a short 45-minute drive from Karatu, enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five. The crater spans 264 km² and boasts spectacular landscapes and rich wildlife.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Full-Day Game Drive

Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Full-Day Game Drive

Day 7: Serengeti – En Route Game Drive to Ngorongoro

Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti as you begin your return journey toward Ngorongoro. This is a chance to revisit key areas, track elusive species, and soak in the beauty of the savannah.

Day 8: Lake Manyara National Park – Return to Arusha

After breakfast, collect your picnic lunch and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park offers rich biodiversity, from lush forests to open plains. Enjoy a half-day game drive, with chances to spot elephants, hippos, impalas, dik-diks, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Bird lovers will especially appreciate the diverse avian species.
After your safari, return to Arusha for an overnight stay or transfer to the airport for your departure.
